INJANINJA

InjaNinja is a 6-week training program that uses the POWER OF PLAY to build a wide variety of movement skills and develop well-rounded athleticism. Our coaches provide participants with age-appropriate training and conditioning to support the growth of their physical and cognitive abilities.  They will have so much FUN jumping, climbing and playing in our world class facility that they won’t realize just how hard they are working and how much they are improving!

SESSION 1: January 14 - February 26 (No classes February 18-19)

SESSION 2: March 4 - April 25 (No classes March 25-28 and April 1-4)

  • 60 minute classes 1x/week, offered:
    • Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday: 5-6pm & 6-7pm
    • Sunday: 9-10am & 10-11am
  • Classes feature a mixture of structured learning and supervised free play
  • Classes include:
    • 6 weeks of fun as the participants improve their athleticism
    • Technical movement training on all our facility equipment
    • Age appropriate boot-camp style physical training for kids
  • Must bring clean running shoes, athletic wear, and water bottle

INJAWARRIOR

InjaWarrior is a 6-week training program designed to introduce young people to the FUN and exciting world of Obstacle Course Racing.  In the program they will learn to overcome every obstacle they face, building their resilience and confidence along the way.  Great for beginners or experienced racers, participants will benefit from coaching and training appropriate to their level of experience with Obstacle Course Racing. Unleash your inner-ninja!

Obstacle and Ninja Warrior Courses Only

  • 60 minute classes 1x/week, offered:
    • Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday: 5-6pm & 6-7pm
    • Sunday: 9-10am & 10-11am
  • Classes include:
    • 6 weeks of fun as the participants learn to overcome all forms of obstacles
    • Technical movement training in all key obstacle course areas (ropes, walls Behemoth/rigs, monkey bars)
    • Age appropriate boot-camp style physical training for kids
