InjaNation is now CLOSED. We will update this page with information regarding our operations  and procedures for any bookings that are impacted for programs, birthday parties, summer camps, and group events.

InjaNation is CLOSED as a result of combatting COVID-19 and protecting our guests and staff. Please review the FAQ’s and then leave us a voicemail by calling 587-353-4652 or email us if you still have questions. We will be monitoring our inquiries remotely and ask for your patience as we respond to all guests. 

 

Birthday Party & Group Events

I have a deposit for a birthday party or team wrap-up party, what are my options?
We can give you two options.  First, we can apply your deposit amount onto your account for use of a future booking, or we can refund that amount to you.  Contact bookings@injanation.com with which option is best for you

We just had a birthday party there and I was about to activate my 1-month free membership gift that is expiring soon, now what do I do?
All 1-month membership gifts will be given an extension to be activated within the first one month that we reopen for your convenience to take advantage of your present!

I have a question for a future booking (birthday party, teambuilding event, or corporate holiday party), what’s the best way to get a hold of someone?
The best way to get a hold of someone is to email bookings@injanation.com.  Please be patient in waiting for a response as we no longer have staff regular checking the email.

Camps: Spring Break & Summer Camps

My child was registered for Spring Break Camp or a future PD Day camp. What are my options?
We can either apply your deposit amount onto your account for use of a future camp, or we can refund that amount to you.  Contact bookings@injanation.com with the option that works best for you including the date of the camp and your child’s name.

My child was registered for Summer Camp. What will happen?
We are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and if we are still closed during the summer we will offer a credit or refund at that time. You will be notified by email to update you and to request your preference. Please continue to watch our social media, your email inbox, or visit this page for updated communication.  The hope is that will be open and Calgary families are ready to have a healthy, safe, and fun summer!  

Programs

My child is registered in programs, what’s going to happen?
We can offer you two options:
a) apply your deposit amount onto your account for use of a future program session
b) or we can refund that amount to you.

Memberships: Family & Individual

My 3 month membership is still active. Do I lose the remaining time?
Not one bit.  All memberships will be extended with the amount of time you still had left on your membership starting on the day we re-open to the public. For example, if you had 1 month remaining, you will be given a 1 Month extension starting the day we open again. Please watch your email, our social media, and this page for updates on opening.
